According to an independent study done by NASA and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), 2021 tied for the sixth warmest year in a continued trend of a rapidly heating planet.
NASA’s Administrator Bill Nelson says, “Eight of the top 10 warmest years on our planet occurred in the last decade.” Meaning that the dangers of heat stress for industrial workers, athletes, emergency responders, construction workers, and anyone working outdoors continue to grow yearly and show no signs of stopping any time soon.
